My family loves when I make this!
13 oz. whole wheat spaghetti noodles
2 jars spaghetti sauce (1 lb 10oz jars)
1 lb. ground meat
1 onion
1 green pepper
1/2 t. oregano
1/2 t. basil
1/4 t. freshly ground pepper
1 T. parsley
6 oz. Parmesan cheese
2 c. cottage cheese
1 egg
Grease a 9x13 pan. Cook noodles until al dente. Drain, pour in large mixing bowl.
In skillet, cook ground meat. Drain, rinse in hot water and pour into bowl. Saute onion and green pepper, add to bowl.
Add everything else into the bowl, and just 3 oz. of the cheese. Mix really well.
Pour noodle mixture into prepared pie plate. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Cover pie pan with foil, covered for 45 min. at 375 degrees.
Remove foil and bake for 15 minutes more.
Beware this makes a ton!

This sounds yummy as does the bean soup and the rice for breakfast. I need to be eating healthier.
