1 can black beans
1 can navy beans
(I used dried that I cooked ahead for both of the beans)
1 1/2 c. vegetable (or chicken) broth
1 c. chunky salsa
1 can corn
2 t. lime juice
1/2 c. shredded cheese
3 T. green onions
1/2 green pepper (optional, I just threw it in)
Cook until onions are soft and soup is heated. Super easy and delicious! Feeds 4
