This pasta was delicious and nutritious!
1 zucchini
1 yellow squash
1 head of broccoli
1 bunch asparagus
1 onion & 2 garlic cloves
1/2 can black olives
1 small can tomato sauce
12 oz. whole wheat spaghetti
mozzarella cheese
fresh basil
pine nuts
Cook pasta, drain. Steam veggies. Saute onion and garlic. Add olives and tomato sauce to veggies and onion/garlic. Cook until warm. Combine all together with pasta and a little olive oil. Serve into dishes and add cheese, basil and pine nuts on top of each dish. Serves about 5 people.
