Grasshopper Mint Pie

I made this for feeding the missionaries tonight; but it'd be a SUPER St. Patrick's Day dessert:)
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1 (8 oz) tub of frozen CoolWhip
1 cup chopped Grasshopper Cookies, or any kind of fudge mint cookie
3-4 drops of green food coloring
1 (6 oz) chocolate cookie crust

Mix cream cheese and sugar with electric mixer until well blended.  Fold in whipped topping, chopped cookies, & green food coloring.  Spoon into crust.  Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.  Garnish with cookie halves.  Refrigerate leftovers....if there are any! :)
