
1 medium Kabocha
1 T. oil
1 c. pecan halves
3 T. butter
6 T. maple syrup
1 t. nutmeg
Scoop out seeds, cut into 1/8's. Brush w/oil. Place cut side down on foil lined pan. Cook 60 min. Drizzle w/butter and maple syrup. Place under broiler for syrup to glaze for 3 min.
